ABOUT US
Fold Bedding was created by Max and Linda Geiser who believe in staying close to their products from conception through execution. All of their products are handmade by the Fold Bedding team. Max and Linda are both graduates of CCAC. Max, with a degree in furniture design and interior architecture, worked for Architect Christopher Deam of CCD furniture early in his career. Since that time he has designed and produced furniture and textiles for Fold Bedding. Linda received her degree in illustration and went on to learn the craft of textile production at the studio of Dianne Ayres of Arts and Crafts Period Textiles. When the couple could not find textiles to match their personal taste and style they began creating designs that would ultimately become "Fold Bedding"
BEDDING
All of our bedspreads, shams, and throws are handmade using premium 100% wool flannel, and are unlined for both visual appeal and supreme fuctionality. When the bedpread is turned down, the exposed underside is the exact color and texture of the top, while the inseam of the overstitch detail is revealed for added effect. In warmer months, the bedspread can be used with only a flat sheet. In cooler months, an additional blanket beneath the bedspread adds sufficient warmth. The bedspreads, available in king and queen sizes, can be draped to the floor for a classic look, or tucked in for a more modern profile. Complete the look with matching shams or those of a contrasting color.
PILLOWS
Our fluid geometric designs could only be produced by carefully hand-piecing the fabrics. The accent color of each design is used for the pillow back, which includes a zipper for dry cleaning. And because we believe these pillows are meant to be used, and not just admired, we use a substantial filler of 90% feathers and 10% down.
