The furniture of Alan Waugh combines the sophisticated simplicity of Japanese- inspired design with a stylish inventiveness. Descended from a family of European artists, his work exemplifies the tradition of quality craftsmanship. With over 20 years' woodworking experience in both Europe and North America, his services include the complete process of design, fabrication and installation. Working closely with architects, interior designers and private clients, Alan executes commissions which are both original and site specific. He works primarily in domestic woods from sustainable resources, metals and concrete, and has experience in both faux and painted finishes. |
